Do you throw parties or special events? I do and I learned the hard way when I was trying to provide an online registration tool to register every one for the events. I tried EVITE which is a free registration tool. I am sure you heard of it. However, my database was just too large for the “free” tool in EVITE so I found CVENT! Wow, I am glad I did. If you throw larger meetings and/or events (over 100), I strongly suggest taking a look at CVENT. I am in no way vested in this company, but, I am “hooked” on their service for my parties that I throw for our organization.
